We want to get things right. If we have not, please tell us. We take every complaint seriously and deal with it personally.
How to complain
The quickest way is to speak to your case manager directly. They know your file and are best placed to put things right. You can also email dan@voltfunding.co.uk or call 07785 769776.
Please tell us what went wrong, when it happened, and what you would like us to do about it.
What happens next
We acknowledge your complaint promptly. Your case manager reviews it and comes back to you with a clear response. If we cannot resolve it straight away, we keep you updated on progress and timescales.
If you are not satisfied
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to an external dispute resolution body. We will give you the relevant details and next steps in writing at that point.
