This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you enquire about funding or work with us.

What we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, mobile number and email address, along with the funding details you give us: amount needed, annual revenue and how long the business has been trading. If you proceed, we collect the further information needed to package and place your case with lenders.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your enquiry, prepare your case, and introduce it to suitable lenders on our panel. We only share your details with a lender with your agreement, and only as needed to progress your enquiry.

We never sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and any funding placed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our record-keeping duties.

Your rights
